An e-Invoice is a digital tax invoice validated by the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (LHDN). It serves as an official record of a transaction between the seller and the buyer for tax reporting purposes.
Customers who require an e-Invoice must submit their e-Invoice details after the order process within 3 days. We will not proceed action for any late submission.

Identification number (NRIC / Passport for individuals)
Business registration number (for companies)
Billing address
These details are required to generate a valid e-Invoice in compliance with LHDN requirements.

Providing accurate information ensures the e-Invoice can be successfully validated
If inaccurate business information is provided to ZUS, we reserve the right to withhold issuing any e-invoices for your business claims or for tax deduction purposes.
Once your request is submitted and validated, the e-Invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address after the transaction has been processed and validated by the government system. It will take about 3-5 days for the E-invoice processing.
